We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Facilities Project Manager (12‑month Fixed‑Term Contract) to lead the delivery of a diverse portfolio of facilities and real estate projects.
About the role
- Deliver end‑to‑end facilities and real estate projects across brand, customer, staff‑facing and maintenance environments (RIBA Stages 0–7).
- Provide strong onsite leadership to ensure safe, high‑quality delivery.
- Manage project budgets, programmes and change control, maintaining robust cost and risk management throughout.
- Lead and coordinate consultants, contractors and suppliers.
- Oversee planning, statutory approvals and compliance requirements impacting the asset.
- Support ESG, sustainability and energy‑reduction initiatives across the project portfolio.
Role requirements
- Degree‑qualified or equivalent experience in construction, engineering, surveying or project management.
- Proven experience delivering multiple construction or facilities projects concurrently.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, statutory approvals and health & safety legislation, including CDM 2015 and the Building Safety Act.
- Experience supporting sustainability and ESG‑related project outcomes.
