Supporting our 9 European Villages, our central people team is hiring a People Reporting Analyst
The role
Location: Bicester Village (1 – 2 days per week in office)
This is a 12 month FTC
What you'll be doing

What we're looking for
We foster a culture of winning together, and we work hard to ensure everyone is supported to succeed. To thrive in this role, you'll bring:
- People reporting: Practical experience producing workforce, HR or business reporting from enterprise systems
- Microsoft Office & People systems: High proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP SuccessFactors
- Reporting tools: Strong working knowledge of Excel and reporting or visualisation tools; experience of HRIS platforms is advantageous
- People processes: Thorough understanding of staffing and business processes and their relationship with People systems
- Technology & digital fluency: Comfort working with digital tools, reporting platforms and emerging technologies including AI-enabled solutions; expected to adopt new systems with confidence and contribute to a culture of digital curiosity
