We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Product Merchandising Assistant Manager to help shape the product strategy and deliver exceptional results in our Village. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams and brand partners to drive performance and create an unforgettable guest experience.
As our Product Merchandising Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the right product is in the right place at the right time:
- Preparing weekly trade reports and analysing segmentation performance
- Supporting seasonal segmentation and category analysis
- Developing and maintaining the seasonal category planning calendar
- Partnering with Retail teams to forecast product needs
- Managing Stock on Hand (SOH) data processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Identifying seasonal trends and conducting pricing benchmark analysis
- Producing trend reports and monitoring newness to enhance the guest experience
Role requirements:
- Experience in product merchandising within luxury or premium brands.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- A passion for product assortment and an eye for fashion trends.
- Strong analytical and prioritisation skills to manage multiple deadlines.
- Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to work across all levels of the business.
- Proactivity, initiative, and a solutions-focused mindset.
- Fluency in English and the local Village language; additional European languages are a plus.
