As our Visual Merchandiser, you'll create stunning visual presentations for the village and our brand partners, delivering innovative and engaging campaigns that captivate our guests. You'll enhance brand identity and authenticity, collaborating with partners to achieve visual excellence in window and floor merchandising. Your creative touch will surprise and delight guests with compelling in-village touchpoints.
About the role:
- Act as the main contact for creative goals and actions in stores and window displays.
- Coordinate actions based on the Village retail and marketing calendar.
- Support merchandising actions and installations.
- Enhance window and in-store merchandising for better product presentation.
- Research trends and seasonal ideas to boost customer interest and sales.
- Analyse visual presentation impacts on sales and seek new trends.
- Develop and improve training seminars for brands on best practices and trends.
- Train store managers to maintain visual standards with clear guidelines.
- Provide thorough sales analysis to Retail and Group Merchandising Directors.
Role requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in visual merchandising or fashion styling.
- Excellent window dressing and styling skills, with a keen eye for trends.
- Ability to analyse commercial reports and create engaging displays.
- Strong project management skills, with end-to-end project experience.
- Creative mindset with confidence to introduce innovative ideas.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
