We are looking for a dynamic Retail Marketing Manager to lead the retail marketing strategy for Bicester Village. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with luxury and premium brands, delivering exceptional activations and creating unforgettable guest experiences. This role is a 12 month FTC and you will be required to work on site 4 days per week.
About the role: This role is pivotal in driving footfall, enhancing brand positioning, and achieving commercial goals. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing the retail marketing strategy for the Village.
- Building and maintaining close relationships with brand partners.
- Delivering 5-star marketing services and continuously raising the bar for excellence.
- Staying up to date with brand knowledge and product trends.
- Creating 360Β° retail marketing plans that integrate in-Village experiences and brand activation moments.
- Driving success of in-Village activations and events to attract qualitative footfall.
Role requirements:
- Previous experience in retail marketing roles within luxury or mass-market brands.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent computer literacy.
- Ability to think strategically while delivering operational excellence.
- Deep understanding of diverse audiences and customer behaviours.
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to influence and gain buy-in.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills to manage multiple priorities.
