You will deliver a world‑class hospitality experience, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, valued and inspired from the moment they arrive. You’ll anticipate guest needs, provide personalised recommendations, and connect visitors with the very best of the Village and the wider destination.

Bicester Village (on‑site, includes weekends, evenings and Bank Holidays)
What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver exceptional, personalised guest experiences by welcoming visitors and anticipating their needs.
- Promote and seamlessly provide Village services, retail insights, and wider tourism offerings.
- Build strong relationships with boutique partners to enhance guest experience and drive footfall.
- Manage guest queries, bookings and feedback professionally, while contributing to continual service improvements.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in hospitality, tourism, leisure or retail, with a passion for world‑class service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging diverse, international guests.
- A proactive, adaptable approach, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong collaboration skills, cultural awareness, and flexibility to work varied hours.
