Supporting our 9 European Villages, our Chief Culture Officer is now recruiting a PA & Programme Coordinator. This is a 12-month FTC starting end of October 2026.
The role
This role provides high-level administrative and executive support to the Chief Culture Officer, ensuring the smooth and effective coordination of daily priorities, communications, meetings, travel and confidential matters. The role also requires project and programme coordination support for the Chief Culture Officer's culture and philanthropic initiatives, requiring the ability to manage data, communications and logistics independently across multiple concurrent workstreams and be a point of contact for the Culture team.
Location: London
What you'll be doing
- Manage and maintain the Chief Culture Officer's diary, proactively prioritising commitments and ensuring effective use of time.
- Arrange complex travel, taxis, accommodation and itineraries, including international travel where required.
- Organise conference calls, Teams meetings and video calls across multiple time zones.
- Support projects, events and culture-related initiatives as required, ensuring actions are tracked and delivered.
- Coordinate progress updates and reporting across all philanthropic and culture programmes.
- Build and maintain data trackers and dashboards (in Excel, PPT or AI tools) to monitor programme progress, applications, and campaign performance.
What we are looking for
We foster a culture of winning together, and we work hard to ensure everyone is supported to succeed. To thrive in this role, you'll bring:
- Experience of working in a similar role in a fast-paced and international environment.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of working in a senior executive environment.
- Experience of working in a global organisation supporting teams across different countries.
- Experience in programme or project coordination, ideally across philanthropic initiatives, not solely PA experience.
- Strong understanding of and confidence using AI tools (e.g. Claude, Manus, Copilot and others) to support drafting, research, data analysis and productivity — comfortable adopting new tools quickly.
What we offer
A warm welcome, the chance to build an ever-evolving career story, and benefits designed around your lifestyle, physical, mental and social wellbeing.
Our commitment
We're proud to be a diverse and inclusive employer — and we mean it. The best ideas come from people who don't all think the same, and we welcome applications from every background. Come as you are.
