Bicester Village is hiring an IT Business Analyst for a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.

In this role, you will closely collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable requirements, supporting the development of strong business cases and delivering solutions that enhance customer experiences.

You will produce high quality documentation, develop test scripts, and assist with User Acceptance Testing while working with various teams to ensure effective implementation of changes.

The position requires strong analytical skills and a minimum of three years’ experience in business analysis.
