Our people are the reason we win — and the reason we continue to grow. Supporting our 9 European Villages, our central IT team is hiring an IT Business Analyst (12 month Fixed Term Contract).
The role
In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements that drive digital improvements. You will shape user journeys, support the development of strong business cases, and help deliver solutions that enhance customer experience, streamline processes, and maximise business value.
Location: You will be based from Bicester Village 2 - 3 times a week (with occasional travel to London / Europe).
What you'll be doing:
- Produce high quality requirements documentation (such as BRD, User Stories, Use Cases and Acceptance Criteria)
- Assist the business with business case development for proposed initiatives and requirements
- Participate in business process design and solution design workshops
- Develop test scripts from the use cases and assist with User Acceptance Testing
- Work closely with IT and business delivery teams to ensure smooth trial / POC
- Work closely with training resource to onboard changes into the business
- Review and understand multiple designs and ensure formation of a creative and consistent solution
What we're looking for:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in business analysis, at least 2 of which are working as part of complex business change programmes
- A thorough understanding of all different aspects of business analysis
- Experience of structured methodologies such as TDD, Agile, and Waterfall
- Confidence to facilitate Workshops / deliver Training / hold Road Shows
- Strong analytical skills, able to map out and understand complex, interdependent issues
