The role
As a member of the Guest Contact Centre Team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding guest experiences by providing timely assistance on bookings, resolving inquiries, and addressing concerns promptly and effectively.

- Be the main point of contact for guest bookings, enquiries, feedback, and issues – resolving them quickly and going above and beyond.
- Work closely with teams across The Apartment, Retail, Operations, and Security to address guest needs efficiently.
- Stay up to date on everything our Village offers, so you can give guests accurate, helpful information.
- Spot opportunities to improve the guest journey, from booking through to post‑visit follow‑up.
- Partner with the management team to shape guest service initiatives that boost satisfaction and loyalty.
- Bring professionalism, warmth, and a genuine sense of hospitality to every guest interaction, in line with our luxury standards.

- Customer service or guest relations experience, ideally in hospitality, retail, or luxury with some administrative experience.
