The Role

We are looking for an analytical, organized and detail-oriented Sales Executive, Ecommerce to support Tangle Teezer’s growth on our Ecommerce marketplaces in the UK, EU and expansion markets. In this role, you’ll assist with monitoring sales performance, checking inventory levels, product listing creation and manage the day-to-day operations of our marketplaces. This is a perfect entry role for someone interested in gaining experience in e-commerce account management as part of a high performing team making great strides in this space.

In this role you’ll get to:

  • Report and Analyse weekly sales, inventory, and forecast reports to identify trends or issues.
  • Perform daily competitive analysis (pricing, reviews, availability, BuyBox) to support pricing and promotional strategies.
  • Support with the creation of ongoing reporting templates (Excel and PPT) to management on sales performance.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team and AVS team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment, WOC, and any day-to-day issues.
  • Own the execution of the set-up of new product lines across the ecommerce retailers.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of product detail pages (i.e. titles, images, A+, variations) through Vendor Central, Amazon’s Brand Registry tools, the agency and AVS team.
  • Coordinate with Amazon Vendor Support, the agency and AVS team to resolve any day-to-day issues.
  • Stay updated on Amazon’s vendor policies, terms, and platform changes.

What we are looking for in you:

  • 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, sales, or Amazon account support; (Internships or relevant exposure are welcome)
  • Familiarity with retail and e-commerce KPIs such as sell-in, sell-through and conversion rates.
  • Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail, particularly around data accuracy and content quality.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with logistics, marketing, and sales teams.
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and develop technical skills within the e-commerce retail space.
  • Basic understanding of Amazon Vendor Central and/or Seller Central, with prior exposure preferred.
  • Experience or hands-on exposure to e-commerce tools and platforms such as Profitero, Helium 10, and Jungle Scout preferred.
