The Role
As a Planning Administration Executive, you will play a critical role in supporting the endâtoâend planning and operational activities across our global manufacturing network. This role ensures seamless coordination of purchase orders, stock movements, and factory delivery planning to maintain production efficiency and business continuity. You'll also play an integral role in our monthâend reporting cycle, supporting finance and operations with accurate system checks and reconciliations.
In this role you'll get to:
- Raise purchase orders for manufacturing and operational requirements.
- Receipt, assemble and transfer stock in our system in line with production completion and deliveries.
- Maintain and update planning and tracking Excel files and support the team with planning and inventory reporting.
- Coordinate and monitor product reworks, including tracing POs, stock transfers and rework status.
- Carry out monthâend closing tasks such as inventory checks and system housekeeping.
- Support with packagingârelated tasks, such as coordinating deliveries between our suppliers, warehouses and factories, and obtaining artwork proof approvals for new orders.
- Collaborate with functions across the business such as the Finance, Sales and Creative teams.
What we are looking for in you:
- Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly solid Excel skills.
- Strong organisational skills, ability to be agile in a fastâpaced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work well crossâfunctionally.
- Experience or interest in manufacturing and production environments.
Nice to Have:
- Previous experience working in a planning or operations support role.
- Experience with supply chain systems (e.g., NAV or similar ERP systems).
