Tangle Teezer is a global brand on a simple mission: to give everyone healthierâlooking hair with less breakage since 2007. Our gentle brushes are tools for every hair typeâfrom straight to coilyâand every routine, helping you go from detangling and blowâdrying to styling.
We are looking for an analytical and detailâoriented Sales Analyst, Ecommerce to support Tangle Teezer's growth on our Ecommerce marketplaces in the UK and EU. In this role, you'll assist with order processing, monitoring sales performance, and help manage the dayâtoâday operations of our marketplaces. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in ecommerce to gain handsâon experience as part of a highâperforming team.
In this role you'll get to:
- Monitor and process weekly purchase orders (POs) for all ecommerce marketplaces.
- Collaborate with the logistics team and AVS team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
- Analyze and complete weekly sales, inventory, and forecast reports to identify trends or issues.
- Perform daily competitive analysis (pricing, reviews, availability) to support pricing and promotional strategies.
- Raise POs for Retail and Advertising activities.
- Support the creation and maintenance of product detail pages (titles, descriptions, images, A+ content, variations) through Vendor Central, Amazon's Brand Registry tools, the agency and AVS team.
- Coordinate with Amazon Vendor Support, the agency and AVS team to resolve any dayâtoâday issues.
- Stay updated on Amazon's vendor policies, terms, and platform changes.
What we are looking for in you:
- 1â2 years of experience in eâcommerce, sales, or Amazon account support; internships or relevant exposure are welcome.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Basic understanding of Amazon Vendor Central and/or Seller Central, with prior exposure preferred.
- Familiarity with retail and eâcommerce KPIs such as sellâin, sellâthrough, and onâtime delivery.
- Experience or handsâon exposure to eâcommerce tools and platforms such as Profitero, Helium 10, and Jungle Scout preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail, particularly around data accuracy and content quality.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative, teamâoriented mindset.
- Comfortable working crossâfunctionally with logistics, marketing, and sales teams.
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and develop technical skills within the eâcommerce retail space.
