Tangle Teezer is a global brand on a simple mission: to give everyone healthier-looking hair with less breakage since 2007. Our gentle brushes are tools for every hair type—from straight to coily—and every routine, helping you go from detangling and blow‑drying to styling. Our products are your daily dose of confidence, ready to take on whatever tangles life throws your way.

Tangle Teezer is a proud brand within BIC World, a community of iconic and inventive brands that have created simple, joyful products for over 75 years. As part of BIC World, we're dedicated to reimagining everyday essentials in new, sustainable, and responsible ways. Our culture thrives on a "roll up your sleeves" mindset, empowering self‑starters and innovators to take ownership of their careers and make a meaningful, global impact.

We are looking for a sharp, commercially‑minded E-commerce Marketing Manager to drive our digital marketplace and cross‑border growth strategy. In this role, you will act as the core strategic lead guiding our expansion across the UK, Europe, and new international territories.

Your primary focus (approx. 75%) will be steering the Amazon ecosystem, alongside social commerce and omnichannel data analysis. Instead of setting up daily campaigns yourself, you will act as a strategic contact for our external specialist agency partners, holding them accountable to tight efficiency targets across multiple international regions, auditing their execution, and ensuring their media strategy perfectly aligns with our macro business goals.

In this role, you’ll balance two distinct sides of the digital ecosystem: performance advertising mechanics and holistic brand marketing.

  • Directing the agency: Lead weekly and monthly performance reviews with our external marketplace agency across all active European stores (UK, DE, FR, IT, ES) and future international expansion markets.
  • Accountability & Auditing: Dive deeply into the Amazon Ads console and Paid Social ad managers to audit the agency’s campaign structures, bidding strategies, and keyword choices. Keep them accountable to strict performance metrics.
  • Global Budget Agility: Analyse multi‑market ad performance. Partner with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager to dynamically shift ad budgets away from underperforming European regions or products and into high‑converting campaigns.
  • Paid Social & Programmatic Funnels: Direct the agency on how to structure external traffic funnels (META, TikTok Ads, Amazon DSP) to feed our marketplace listings, ensuring top‑of‑funnel spend efficiently drives bottom‑of‑funnel conversions.
  • Storefront & Catalogue: Oversee our digital "shelf space." Working with our internal E‑commerce Executive, ensure our Amazon Brand Stores, SEO, A+ Content, and product listings are optimised and updated for seasonal campaigns.
  • Localisation: Ensure all product copy, imagery, and ad creatives are culturally adapted and localised for specific consumer behaviours.
  • Unified reporting: Extract raw data from Amazon Central portals, META/TikTok Ads, to create one unified, multi‑currency source of truth for the Senior Digital Marketing Manager.

What we are looking for in you:

  • 3‑4+ years working inside a fast‑paced digital environment. You know exactly how agencies report, and where inefficiencies can hide.
  • Deep strategic understanding of scaling across marketplaces. You speak fluent Amazon and understand localised keyword nuances.
  • You are equally comfortable evaluating an ad‑bidding anomaly in a spreadsheet as you are critiquing a TikTok video asset's hook rate or ensuring brand guidelines are strictly maintained.
  • The commercial gravitas to comfortably push back on external agency teams, challenge performance data, and hold them accountable to tight efficiency metrics.
  • Exceptional data literacy. High proficiency with large data sets using Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas) or data visualisation tools (Looker Studio, Power BI) to spot localised trends.

Nice to Haves:

  • An agency background is desirable, enabling you to challenge their cross‑border data, optimise their output, and push for maximum regional scaling.
  • Social Commerce Exposure: Strategic exposure to or hands on familiarity with the TikTok Shop ecosystem, including creator affiliate dynamics and native social ad setups.

What it means to be part of Tangle Teezer:

  • Proud: We are passionately proud to do things differently, so we perform brilliantly‑just like our hair tools.
  • Authentic: We welcome everyone as they are, we bring our true selves to work and show up as who we want to be.
  • Champion: We are champions of one another, our brand, and our environment.

The good Stuff:

  • Flexible working hours with core hours from 10am to 4pm
  • Working 2 days in the office and 3 days from home
  • Salary from £50,000
  • Performance‑related bonus of 10% based on annual salary
  • 27 days holiday, with the option to buy or sell holiday days
  • 2 volunteering days per year
  • 10 days working from any location of your choice
  • Flexible
