- Coordinate practical workplace operations including office standards, facilities requests, maintenance follow-up, supplies, access, visitors and desk booking support.
- Help bring our culture to life by coordinating employee events, wellbeing days and key People moments, making sure the detail is covered and everything runs smoothly.
- Support travel, business visitor visas, meeting logistics and wider business coordination where needed.
- Keep our key People and workplace information clear and easy to find by maintaining simple how-tos, checklists, templates, supplier lists and process guidance.
- Coordinate supplier, purchase order, invoice, procurement and approval admin, making sure actions are tracked and followed through.
- Support People communications execution, including digital display updates, channel posts and keeping shared information current.
- Support health, safety and workplace compliance administration including records, reminders, training coordination and document control.
- Look for ways to simplify, automate or improve how we do things, helping reduce manual work and make everyday processes easier.
What you’ll bring
- Experience in workplace coordination, office management, business support, operations, events or a similar role where brilliant organisation really matters.
- A natural ability to keep lots of moving parts under control, follow through on actions and make sure nothing falls between the cracks.
- A warm, service‑led style and a genuine interest in creating a great employee and workplace experience.
- Confidence working with suppliers, schedules, logistics, office requests and practical admin processes.
- Clear written communication skills, with the ability to create simple, helpful guidance, checklists and process notes.
- Good judgement, common sense and confidence knowing when to handle something directly and when to elevate.
- Comfort using Microsoft 365 tools and curiosity about using technology, AI or automation to make work easier.
- A practical, proactive and positive approach — someone who enjoys rolling their sleeves up and making things happen.
