We are looking for a commercially minded Senior Account Manager, Ecomm to join our high‑performing team leading the launch and scaling of Tangle Teezer's International Ecomm business. In this role, you will own the end‑to‑end strategy and execution for our Amazon International marketplace presence, driving revenue growth, maximizing profitability, and expanding our footprint across markets.
Responsibilities
- Own market strategy for new International market launches, including demand analysis, competitor assessment, deal planning, and cross‑border logistics.
- Collaborate with marketing and local agencies to optimize listings for regional markets (Global Selection Management).
- Oversee end‑to‑end account set‑up in owned regions, ensuring customer experience aligns with regional standards (Localization).
- Manage P&L for owned regions, setting and achieving sales and margin targets.
- Define and execute long‑term channel roadmap for owned regions, aligning with corporate growth and brand guidelines.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor movements, and consumer behaviour to drive top‑line sales and protect brand equity.
- Analyze complex datasets via Amazon portals, Brand Analytics, and third‑party tools to generate actionable insights.
- Present monthly and quarterly performance reports to leadership, highlighting growth objectives, market hurdles, and scaling opportunities.
- Work with the Digital team to set and adjust advertising and marketing strategies, including TROAS targets, to drive sales growth.
- Optimize product listings on Amazon, including keywords, images, A+, and product detail pages.
- Coordinate with Operations and Logistics to build accurate demand forecasts and manage inventory flow to international warehouses.
- Act as the voice of the customer by analysing Amazon reviews and return data, sharing insights for product improvements.
- Mentor Junior Account Managers and foster collaboration within the e‑commerce department.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing Amazon Vendor Central and/or Seller Central accounts.
- Proven success launching brands into at least two non‑domestic Amazon marketplaces.
- Strong understanding of Amazon Ads ecosystem and supply chain programs (Dropshipping, FBA, etc.).
- Experience with third‑party tools such as Profetiro, H10/Keepa.
- Demonstrated problem‑solving skills, resilience and strong analytical and commercial skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication, organizational skills and attention to detail.
