Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic full time Management Accountant to become an integral part of our team as we continue to scale and grow. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a high-growth company while collaborating with a great team.
As a Management Accountant you will:
- Manage and process purchase orders, supplier invoices and supplier payments.
- Check and process employee expense claims.
- Reconcile company credit cards.
- Manage sales invoices, ensuring compliance with customer requirements.
- Engage with customers and suppliers, responding to inquiries and building strong relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate billing.
- Prepare prepayments, accruals and other balance sheet reconciliations, as part of the month-end closing process.
- Manage accounts receivable collections by tactfully chasing outstanding payments.
- Maintain financial accuracy through regular reviews.
