We're looking for a Finance Business Partner to support our EMEA business.

This role sits at the heart of the organisation, providing financial insight and support to senior leaders.

You'll help the business understand performance, manage costs, improve profitability and make informed decisions.

You'll work closely with stakeholders across Finance, Sales and Operations, turning financial data into meaningful insights and highlighting risks and opportunities.

  • What you’ll do
  • Lead monthly reporting and analysis of financial results.
  • Present P&L performance against budget, forecast and prior year.
  • Review key business metrics, including revenue, gross margin, sales pipeline, backlog and headcount costs.
  • Prepare month-end commentary and performance reporting.
  • Support the annual budget and quarterly forecasting processes.
  • Work with managers to understand spending, challenge costs and improve performance.
  • Provide financial analysis to support business cases, investment decisions and strategic projects.
  • Lead WIP reviews and identify revenue recognition risks.
  • Support cashflow forecasting and balance sheet reviews.
  • Help improve finance processes, reporting and systems.
  • Provide analysis and support for board reporting, tenders and other business initiatives.
  • What we’re looking for
  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
  • Previous experience in a Finance Business Partner, Commercial Finance or FP&A role.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills.
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and financial models.
  • Able to influence and challenge stakeholders at all levels.
  • Commercially minded with a practical approach to problem solving.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain financial information clearly.
