The predicted salary is between 18000 - 19000 £ per year.

Part time, 3 days per week (22.5 hours per week)

Salary: £27,000 to £29,000 per annum – pro-rated up to £18,000 (3 days)

The aim of Open the Book is to equip people to share Bible stories with children in an accessible and enjoyable way for those of all faiths and none. We’re looking for a Training and Development Officer to inspire, support and develop existing Open the Book teams of volunteers from local churches as well as grow new teams in this region.

A skilled communicator, you will have knowledge of and empathy with the churches in your region and proven experience of both delivering training and building excellent working relationships. You will also have a personal passion for the Bible to be heard. Training will be delivered both in-person and online and the successful candidate will be comfortable working in a hybrid way, happy to travel throughout the region and able to complete necessary admin for the role.
