Job Description
We are looking for a practical and mission-minded Commercial Development Manager to help us grow from a retail-led operation into a stronger product, import and B2B business.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys turning information, customer conversations and product ideas into well-executed commercial activity.
What you will do
- Track product sales, stock, margins and customer demand; help turn insights into practical actions.
- Support product sourcing, replenishment, supplier communication, samples and new-product tests.
- Build and follow up B2B enquiries with churches, ministries, retailers and event buyers; prepare quotations, samples and proposals.
- Coordinate customer orders and fulfilment with the online/retail, warehouse and delivery team.
- Improve product information, online merchandising, bundles and customer experience across SE's channels.
- What you will bring
- 5 years of relevant experience in commercial management, sales support, merchandising, e-commerce, retail, procurement support or account management.
- Good organization, attention to detail and confidence working with spreadsheets and customer information.
- A proactive, service-minded approach and the discipline to follow opportunities through.
- Interest in products, commerce and sourcing; experience with imported consumer products or B2B accounts isuseful.
- Alignment with our Christian mission and a desire to use commercial work to create meaningful ministry and social impact.
