About bibic
bibic is a national charity supporting individuals with developmental, neurological, sensory and learning differences. We have been supporting families for 54 years, and we are now looking for a Marketing & Communications Officer to help us reach even more people across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- This is a varied, hands‑on role where you will help shape and deliver our marketing and communications activity.
- You will manage our social media, create engaging content, support media activity, develop campaigns and work closely with our fundraising team to raise awareness and income.
- We are looking for someone who is creative, proactive and organised, with strong writing skills and experience of digital and social media.
- Experience in marketing, communications or PR is desirable, as is experience of working in a charity.
- Most importantly, we are looking for someone with ideas, enthusiasm and a hands‑on, can‑do attitude who wants to make a difference.
What we offer
- 25 hours per week (working hours to be agreed at job offer stage)
- £17,206 – £20,206 pro rata
- Hybrid working
- 20 days’ annual leave (1 extra day per year for 5 years) plus 3 mandatory days over the Christmas period when the office is closed and bank holidays
