Bibby Financial Services are growing, and we’re looking for a Cash Administrator to join our UK Operations Team in Banbury. The Cash Administrator will ensure the security and profitability of Bibby through efficient, accurate and effective processing of invoices and credit notes, cash and refunds. You will do this by implementing and maintaining excellent standards of customer service internally and externally. You will support the Cash Administrator Team Leader in ensuring the smooth running of the data processing team and ensure that all securitisation daily timing/requirements are adhered to.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Ensure that all securitisation daily timing/requirements are adhered to.
  • Provide coaching and support to other team members.
  • Responsible for the accurate input and allocation of cash, refunds, invoices and credit notes.
  • Ensures that security is maintained within the systems and authorisation levels.
  • Responsible for daily balancing.
  • Responsible for investigating all unallocated suspense items and all items due for repatriation.
  • Any other duties or projects commensurate with the level of responsibility of this role, for which the role holder has the necessary experience and/or training.

Who are we looking for?

  • Working in an office environment in a role which required rapid and accurate handling of data or processes.
  • Experience of regular client and internal team interaction demonstrating excellent customer service.
  • Understanding of generic internal systems and commonly used software packages such as MS Office.
