Are you a dedicated account manager who has customer excellence at the heart of what they do and be able to deliver growth year on year? We are looking for a Regional Account Manager in the North East to join our Sales Team at Garic.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage a portfolio of existing accounts to deliver year on year growth within a defined region.
  • Identify, engage, plan and develop new accounts for your region.
  • Coordinate client relationship opportunities.
  • Developing a select portfolio of clients, who buy and hire equipment.
  • Increase customer awareness of Garic and our products and related services, Garic + and our Service offering.
  • Support the development of key accounts.
  • Feedback to Marketing and Line Management details on:
    • Competitor activity.
    • Client activity.
    • New sites.
    • Area challenges and potential new opportunities (clients & product development).
  • Deliver world class customer service to both new and existing clients.

What We’re Looking for Is Someone with These Essentials:

  • Proven account manager with proven face to face presentation/selling skills to blue chip customers.
  • Ability to identify, target and grow accounts via managing all aspects of the client’s business e.g. central procurement and local level.
  • Experience of presenting commercial arguments formally to key clients at all levels.
  • Demonstrable experience of on the road account management.

These qualities would be a great help:

  • Experience of working within the plant/hire industry.
