Bibby Financial Services are growing, and we’re looking for a Bad Debt Protection Administrator to join our Manchester Team. The Bad Debt Protection Administrator will work alongside the other members of the Bad Debt Protection (BDP) and Debtor Risk Analyst (DRA) teams to support the business in achieving its targets and maintain compliance with its Trade Credit Insurance Policy. You will provide all aspects of administration responsibilities for the BDP function, and you will be the main day-to-day contact regarding BDP to your colleagues across Ops, Risk and Sales, delivering excellent customer service to New Business teams and the Business Centres, as well as assisting with any queries. You will ensure that risk is controlled to the standard agreed by the company and that all policy reporting requirements are actioned by required deadlines.
