Bibby Line Group is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our People Team, supporting colleagues and leaders across Bibby Line Group and Bibby Marine. This broad generalist role combines HR partnering, HR operations, employee relations, recruitment and people initiatives.
Reporting to the Head of HR Operations, you’ll provide practical guidance to managers, manage ER cases, support engagement and development initiatives, and help deliver an exceptional colleague experience across the Group.
