Garic is seeking a Hire Desk Controller to handle inbound calls and emails, qualify customer requirements, and provide quotes for new hires and off-hires. You will promote Garic products, build personal relationships, and liaise with internal teams to confirm stock and transport availability.
In this role you will ensure accurate administration, maintain customer records, and strive to meet SLA and KPI targets while upholding Garic values and providing excellent service.
