Yeadon (Leeds) | Hybrid working
Some people love the chase and others love making sure everything behind the scenes is watertight. If you’re the kind of person who gets genuine satisfaction from accuracy, organisation and knowing that because of you the deal moves forward smoothly, this could be your role.
The role
You’ll be the engine room behind every proposal. Working within agreed SLAs, you’ll ensure all new business applications are processed accurately, compliantly and in line with credit policy: helping drive conversion, protecting the business and keeping cash flow moving. You’ll input proposals onto internal systems, obtain external valuations, complete credit searches and analyse supporting documentation. This isn’t just data processing, you’ll also act as a trusted point of contact for our Sales Team, managing their pipeline, supporting their broker and vendor relationships and helping articulate our leasing propositions across multiple channels. You’ll be part of the momentum.
What you’ll be doing
- You’ll be trusted to handle sensitive financial data and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, ensuring every proposal is handled with precision and care:
- Accurately processing new business proposals
- Completing credit checks and analysing supporting information
- Managing daily pipeline activity to maximise conversion rates
- Supporting the Sales Team so they can focus on client-facing activity
- Handling documentation in line with GDPR and compliance requirements
- Acting as a key contact for brokers, vendors and internal teams
- Supporting End of Term processes to generate further new business
- Cross-skilling with Documentation & Pay-Out teams to broaden your expertise
What you’ll bring
You’ll likely have experience in professional administration or sales administration. You’ll bring:
- Strong attention to detail
- Documentation & compliance experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- The ability to prioritise under pressure
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- A collaborative mindset, but confidence to work independently
You enjoy building meaningful relationships and care about accuracy, understanding that small details have a big commercial impact.
The good stuff
- £24-26K + Performance Bonus (Up to 20%)
- This is a team that believes in development so you’ll learn the processes that precede your team, gaining exposure to other areas of the business
- You’ll understand how your role directly impacts monthly sales targets, conversion rates and overall commercial performance
- You’ll be supported with a development plan that suits you
- Private healthcare for you and your family
- Company pension scheme
- Flexible benefits (gym membership, tech, health assessments and more)
- Access to an online wellbeing centre
- Discounts with a wide range of retailers
