The role
You’ll be the engine room behind every proposal. Working within agreed SLAs, you’ll ensure all new business applications are processed accurately, compliantly and in line with credit policy: helping drive conversion, protecting the business and keeping cash flow moving. You’ll input proposals onto internal systems, obtain external valuations, complete credit searches and analyse supporting documentation. This isn’t just data processing, you’ll also act as a trusted point of contact for our Sales Team, managing their pipeline, supporting their broker and vendor relationships and helping articulate our leasing propositions across multiple channels. You’ll be part of the momentum.

- Accurately processing new business proposals
- Completing credit checks and analysing supporting information
- Managing daily pipeline activity to maximise conversion rates
- Supporting the Sales Team so they can focus on client-facing activity
- Handling documentation in line with GDPR and compliance requirements
- Acting as a key contact for brokers, vendors and internal teams
- Supporting End of Term processes to generate further new business
- Cross-skilling with Documentation & Pay-Out teams to broaden your expertise

- Strong attention to detail
- Documentation & compliance experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- The ability to prioritise under pressure
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- A collaborative mindset, but confidence to work independently
You enjoy building meaningful relationships and care about accuracy, understanding that small details have a big commercial impact.
