Bibby Foreign Exchange is growing into new markets, new initiatives and new ambitions. With that growth comes the chance to strengthen how we operate and make sure our compliance foundations are built for the future. We're looking for a Compliance Manager who wants to play a genuine part in shaping how first-line compliance supports a well-established FX business to grow. Someone who enjoys improving processes, building strong controls and bringing clarity, consistency and confidence to the people around them.
This is a role with real influence. You'll take ownership of a clear action plan, help refine key processes, and support the team as we continue to enhance our approach to onboarding, payout governance and financial crime prevention. You'll be the first line of defence for the FX business, with support from an established second-line function and access into a wider central support team when needed.
You'll support everything from:
- Implementing and embedding documented compliance processes
- Strengthening AML and FCA compliance controls
- Supporting onboarding and payout governance
- Delivering training and sharing best practice with the wider team
- Supporting funders and regulatory requirements
- Getting involved in sign-off activity for new deals and business opportunities
- Managing first-line risk and control frameworks
- Working alongside the MLRO on financial crime matters
- Supporting future FX initiatives
There'll also be exposure to regulators and involvement in wider group projects beyond FX, giving you the chance to influence business-wide change as Bibby Financial Services continues to evolve. You'll need to be someone who can hold challenging conversations professionally and bring people with you while doing it.
The successful person will likely come from a regulated financial services environment, ideally with exposure to FX or payments with AML and compliance experience. FCA-regulated experience is also essential whilst FX experience is highly desirable.
In return, you'll get the chance to help shape a growing FX business at an exciting stage of its journey, in a role with genuine visibility, influence and long-term opportunity. If that sounds like your kind of challenge, we'd love to speak with you. Everybody will receive a response.
