The role is a pure new business position with the freedom to build genuine, long-term FX relationships supported by a wider financial services offering that opens doors rather than complicates conversations. If you’re a strong networker who can build on existing relationships and have meaningful conversations with businesses across the UK, this could be for you. They might need one or more of our market-leading range of products and services that genuinely support cash flow and growth. Along with our ability to provide strong credit terms, we can help you to open doors.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Generating new Deliverable FX business by building and nurturing relationships with introducers (brokers, accountants, chambers of commerce, export bodies and similar networks).
  • Winning new FX clients, from first conversation through to first trade. Proven experience in Deliverable FX sales or business development is essential.
  • Owning the entire new-client journey: prospecting, meetings, onboarding and conversion.
  • Self-motivation to work autonomously, without being micromanaged in growing your own pipeline and consistently delivering new deals and GP.
  • Becoming a trusted FX partner, not just a rate-provider, having a strong commercial awareness and a genuine interest in clients’ businesses.
