The role

It’s a pure new business role with the freedom to build genuine, long-term FX relationships supported by a wider financial services offering that actually opens doors, rather than complicates conversations. If you’re a strong networker who can build on existing relationships and go on to have meaningful conversations with businesses across the UK, this could be for you.

What you’ll be doing

• You’ll be responsible for generating new Deliverable FX business by building and nurturing relationships with introducers (brokers, accountants, chambers of commerce, export bodies and similar networks).
• Winning new FX clients, from first conversation through to first trade. Proven experience in Deliverable FX sales or business development is therefore essential.
• Owning the entire new-client journey — prospecting, meetings, onboarding and conversion.
• The self-motivation to work autonomously, without being micromanaged in growing your own pipeline and consistently delivering new deals and GP.
• Becoming a trusted FX partner, not just a rate-provider, having a strong commercial awareness and a genuine interest in clients' businesses.
