The role

You’ll be working on our modern Databricks data platform, helping answer the questions that matter most to the business. Questions like:

  • What does our customer portfolio look like by sector, size or geography?
  • How has the business changed over the last five years?
  • Where are the biggest opportunities for growth?
  • How can reporting be faster, smarter and more useful?

What you’ll be doing

You’ll support analysts and stakeholders by turning raw data into useful insight. That means:

  • Working with data sets to spot trends, patterns and opportunities
  • Using basic SQL to query and extract information
  • Using basic Python to analyse data and automate tasks
  • Learning Power BI to build dashboards and visual reports
  • Turning one-off requests into reusable self-serve reporting tools
  • Presenting findings clearly to non-technical colleagues
  • Working with stakeholders across the business to understand challenges
  • Helping teams make better decisions through actionable insight

What you’ll bring
