Bibby Financial Services have an exciting opportunity available for a dynamic Senior Project Manager to join our team, working in any of our UK locations. You will join us on a full time permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £65,000 - £70,000 per annum.

As our Senior Project Manager, you will independently lead and deliver global, complex, high-impact projects across the organisation that drive growth, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure regulatory compliance. With extensive experience and expertise gained from various project management deliveries, ensure seamless planning, execution, stakeholder management, and organisational collaboration to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget, whilst maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Your key duties as our Senior Project Manager will include:
- Independently leading the definition of scope and objectives with project sponsor.
- Developing detailed project plans (MS Project) for global and complex projects, with multiple Workstreams and dependencies.
- Ensuring timely, quality, and accurate reporting to stakeholders, according to defined PMO standards.
- Coordinating third party suppliers/vendors from selection through to post-project delivery and transition to BAU.
- Responsibility for managing the project budget and ensuring adherence to the identified ROI, clearly highlighting where the benefits could be at risk, in conjunction with the finance team and assigned project accountant.
- Tracking all associated costs and making recommendations for any adjustments to stay within budget.
- Independently creating resolution and mitigation plans for project issues and risks, communicating and owning to completion, applying sound judgement to escalate where necessary.
- Identifying and managing deviations to scope, quality, and time, according to defined standards and processes.
What we are looking for in our ideal Senior Project Manager:
- Expert level knowledge and extensive experience of hands on project management delivery.
- Qualified Project Management professional with certifications including Prince2, Lean, MSP, Agile, APM, ITIL, Change Management.
- Expert knowledge of tools and techniques specifically MS Project, with focus on project planning, and change management, within a programme/project environment.
- Hands-on delivery experience with both business and technical transformations, having recently led a project with min. >£1m, multiple delivery streams, and at least >15-20 assigned project resources.
- Expertise in transformation governance frameworks, project tools and techniques, track record of taking responsibility for high quality and on-time project deliveries.
- Track record of driving to timelines, strong planning, communications, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience of working within financial services highly beneficial.
