Bibby Financial Services have an exciting opportunity available for a reliableInvoice Finance Relationship Managerto join our team. You will join us on afull time, permanentbasisand in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £50,000 – £55,000 per annum.
As ourInvoice Finance Relationship Manager, you will manage a client portfolio through periodic reviews, analysis of management information and compliance with client operating conditions.You willadd value to our clients through strong relationships and BFS products and solutions.
Your responsibilities as our Invoice Finance Relationship Managerwill include:
- Obtaining all documentation from clients to fulfil operating conditions
- Reviewing all documentation obtained to ensure full understanding of clients risk profile
- Managingexcellent client service by good communication with Credit Control / Service Centre and Relationship Executive
- ManagingRisk by good communication with Credit Control / Service Centre and Relationship Executive
- Seekingnew opportunities for BFS by proactively managing the client relationship
- Ensuringthe meeting of client needs by good communication via email, face to face, telephone etc.
- Ensuring an excellent onboarding experience for the client by adhering to the BFS Onboarding Process
