Business Analyst to join our Transformation Team in Banbury.
The Business Analyst will support the delivery of transformation and cross-functional initiatives within an Agile environment.
This role focuses on enabling change by working closely with business change product owners, scrum teams, and stakeholders to understand business needs, define and refine requirements, and ensure solutions are effectively designed, built, and embedded.

What you’ll be doing
- Works with the Delivery Lead and the business product owners to refine and prioritize backlog items aligned with business goals.
- Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to elicit user stories, acceptance criteria, and process improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Procurement, Legal, IT) to ensure shared understanding and alignment.
- Support the development of Target Operating Models (TOMs) and design process maps for current and future states.
- Capture and document business requirements in Agile-friendly formats (e. g., user stories, epics, process flows).
- Embed an insight-driven approach to business analysis, using data, customer feedback, and operational evidence to inform requirements, prioritisation, solution design, and decision making
- Support the definition, tracking, and measurement of business outcomes and benefits to ensure solutions deliver measurable value
- Maintain end-to-end traceability between business objectives, requirements, solution design, and delivered outcomes
- Conduct gap analysis and support iterative solution design and validation.
- Evaluate and decompose complex information into actionable insights.
- Drive continuous feedback loops between stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Apply Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) to support iterative delivery and value realization.
- Maintain reusable assets such as templates, process maps, and documentation libraries.
- Support impact assessments, interface designs, and operational readiness activities.
Who are we looking for?
- Degree in BA, Engineering or Data Science
- Strong business analysis skills Proven track record of translating business needs into actionable requirements, with a view on strategic end state, beyond pain point remediation.
- Strong track record in business process design and requirements elicitation
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Ability to use enterprise process mapping tools & project management tools
- Experience working with Product Owners and Scrum Teams
