We have the perfect opportunity for a Casual Catering Assistant ready to join our front of house team at WWT London Wetland Centre, a small visitor attraction, which welcomes 130,000 visitors each year.
You will provide a warm and informative welcome to all our visitors and inspiring them to get closer to nature by providing exceptional customer service. You will be taking orders and payments, making lots of coffee, serving our seasonal menu and clearing tables while engaging with our visitors and giving them an amazing experience.
- Working in front and back of house to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of our catering offer
- Maintaining safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and Food safety regulations
- Able to work on your own and as a part of the team
- Making sure our visitors will receive welcoming and warm service providing them with unforgettable experience
- Assisting with product presentation
This is a casual position, therefore, hours are offered and worked on an ad-hoc basis as and when required to include weekends and bank holidays. Typically shifts will be worked in the daytime, although, you may be offered evening shifts occasionally for a special event or function.
Internally this role is known as Trading Assistant.
