As the South of England's leading independent industrial door company, we specialise in the repair, maintenance, installation, and manufacture of industrial, commercial, automatic, and retail door systems. We're looking for an experienced Automatic Door Engineer to join our growing team.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Field-based / In Person
Salary: £30,000 - £48,000 per year
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Installing, servicing, and repairing automatic doors, including swing, sliding, and bi-folding systems
- Diagnosing faults and providing effective solutions
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance
- Providing technical support to customers and site teams
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety standards
- Keeping up to date with industry developments and technologies
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in automatic door installation, repair, and maintenance
- Strong knowledge of automatic door systems and industry regulations
- Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Full UK Driving Licence (required)
- Record door knowledge is advantageous
