We\’re looking for a dynamic Chef Manager to head up our team at Virgin Media O2 – a prestigious B&I site where high-level clients are regular guests. You\’ll have the autonomy to plan and deliver menus, inspire your team, and manage all aspects of kitchen operations while working Monday to Friday – no evenings or weekends.

Key Responsibilities :

• Full responsibility for menu planning and food production – breakfast, lunch, and hospitality
• Create weekly menus using Compass\’ \”Source\” platform and manage all stock ordering and supplier processes
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level clients, delivering consistently high service
• Lead, coach, and manage the on-site catering team to achieve performance and service goals
