About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Chef Manager to lead our catering operation and manage a team of 3 catering staff. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate food professional to take ownership of a diverse and fast-paced food service environment. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, service delivery, compliance, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and develop a team of 3 catering staff
  • Plan and deliver high-quality, nutritious menus
  • Manage food ordering, stock control, and supplier relationships
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and company policies
  • Oversee hospitality events and special catering requests
  • Monitor financial performance, budgets, and cost controls
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and kitchen organisation
  • Ensure smooth operation of vending services

About You

  • Proven experience in a Chef Manager, Head Chef, or senior catering role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent organisational and communication abilities
  • Financial awareness with experience managing budgets and GP
  • Food Safety Level 3 (or equivalent) desirable
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to business needs
