About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Chef Manager to lead our catering operation in Titchfield. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate food professional to take ownership of a diverse and fast-paced food service environment. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, service delivery, compliance, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and develop a team of catering staff
- Plan and deliver high-quality, nutritious menus
- Manage food ordering, stock control, and supplier relationships
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and company policies
- Oversee hospitality events and special catering requests
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, and cost controls
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and kitchen organisation
- Ensure smooth operation of vending services
About You
- Proven experience in a Chef Manager, Head Chef, or senior catering role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities
- Financial awareness with experience managing budgets and GP
- Food Safety Level 3 (or equivalent) desirable
- Flexible and adaptable approach to business needs
