BHT Sussex is seeking a Support Worker (Internal Title: Mental Health and Housing Coordinator) to join Route One in Brighton and Hove. You will provide housing-related and tailored support to 24 clients with mental health and complex needs, including coordination with health services, budgeting, and life skills within three properties.

The role is 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with mixed shifts. The successful candidate will work in a people-led organisation focused on recovery.
