BHSF Ltd is looking for an Intermediary Consultant that is passionate about delivering an excellent experience to our customers whilst giving first‑class service. This is an exciting role for a confident client‑focused professional to join a successful and growing company. The role will include developing and managing key relationships with Intermediaries, Introducers, and their customers, ensuring strong revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and seamless onboarding. Act as a strategic advisor, fostering partnerships and delivering tailored solutions to meet customer needs. This is a hybrid role, with some travel to the Birmingham office. Working 35 hours per week between 8:45 am – 4:45 pm Monday to Friday.

About you:

  • Qualifications: Recognised industry qualifications
  • Knowledge and Experience: Required working knowledge and experience of the employee benefit market, understanding of the FCA and its impact on regulatory products, 3 years’ experience in the role, 5 years’ experience with a proven track record of success within the role
  • Skills: Microsoft Office, 365, CRM, written and verbal communications, relationship building skills
  • Personal Qualities: Solution oriented, self‑motivated
