Senior Clinical Fellow in Gynaecology Oncology (MT04)
Location: Romford (King George Hospital & Queen’s Hospital). Contract: 12 months fixed term. Salary: £67,325 per annum (inclusive). Full time 40 hours per week. Job ref:
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical care in gynaecology oncology, including inpatient duties at Queens Hospital and reviews of referrals.
- Run weekly one‑stop clinics, gynaecological clinics, theatres and both local and regional MDTs.
- Deliver independent and consultant‑led outpatient clinics, participate in MDT discussions and assist in surgery.
- Learn and perform minimal access gynaecological oncology techniques.
- Review patients on the PTL and manage clinical pathways with multidisciplinary and management teams.
- Maintain flexibility to adapt to changing service needs.
Qualifications & Essential Criteria
- GMC registration.
- MRCOG Part 1 (essential) and MRCOG Part 2.
- Sp R/ST3+ gynaecology in the UK.
- Proven experience in obstetrics and gynaecology in the UK.
- At least 2 years’ experience in O&G with some gynae oncology exposure.
- Knowledge of gynaecology oncology guidelines.
Desirable
- Experience with minimal access techniques in gynaecological oncology.
