BHR Hospitals is seeking an experienced and dynamic Band 7 Charge Nurse to lead the Haematology and Oncology inpatient ward at Queens hospital in Romford. The post requires visible clinical and operational leadership to ensure safe, compassionate cancer care.
You will oversee patient flow, admissions planning and the delivery of SACT, working with the Matron and MDT to drive excellent patient outcomes and experience. This is a 5-day-per-week role with leadership presence across the ward.
