BHP Law is a well established regional law firm combining high quality commercial & private client services with offices in Darlington, Durham, Newcastle, Tynemouth and Stockton. We are looking to add to our committed friendly Wills, Trusts & Probate team and to expand our practice. This is a permanent position based at our Durham office.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- At least 5 years PQE
- Experience in dealing with Trust matters
- A very good grounding in all aspects of Wills, Trusts & Probate in particular Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection and Estate Administration
- Preferably STEP qualified/part qualified or willing to undertake STEP training.
- Highly motivated
- Able to handle their own caseload
- Exceptional relationship building & networking skills
- Working to build a business development strategy with other teams across our offices.
