BHP Law is a well established regional law firm combining high quality commercial & private client services with offices in Darlington, Durham, Newcastle, Tynemouth and Stockton. We are looking to add to our committed friendly Wills, Trusts & Probate team and to expand our practice. This is a permanent position based at our Durham office.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • At least 5 years PQE
  • Experience in dealing with Trust matters
  • A very good grounding in all aspects of Wills, Trusts & Probate in particular Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection and Estate Administration
  • Preferably STEP qualified/part qualified or willing to undertake STEP training.
  • Highly motivated
  • Able to handle their own caseload
  • Exceptional relationship building & networking skills
  • Working to build a business development strategy with other teams across our offices.
