BHP Law is a well-established regional law firm combining high quality commercial and private client services with offices in Darlington, Durham, Newcastle, Tynemouth and Stockton. We are looking to add to our committed friendly Wills, Trusts & Probate team and to expand our practice. This is a permanent position based at our Durham office.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- At least 5 years PQE
- Experience in dealing with Trust matters
- A very good grounding in all aspects of Wills, Trusts & Probate in particular Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection and Estate Administration
- Preferably STEP qualified/part qualified or willing to undertake STEP training
- Highly motivated
- Able to handle their own caseload
- Exceptional relationship building & networking skills
- Working to build a business development strategy with other teams across our offices
