The Role
Working closely with the Chief Financial Officer, you will support the effective running of the firm's finance function and help ensure full compliance with the Solicitors Accounts Rules, Anti-Money Laundering Regulations and VAT requirements.
Responsibilities include:
- Processing incoming and outgoing client and business account transactions
- Carrying out daily bank reconciliations
- Processing bills and write-offs
- Checking and processing banking
- Issuing outgoing cheques
- Processing BACS/CHAPS payments
- Taking card payments while maintaining GDPR standards
- Assisting with credit control procedures
- Handling and reconciling petty cash
- Managing internal and external finance queries professionally
- Following all internal procedures
- Supporting wider finance tasks as required
About You
