Our tax team is one of the largest and most experienced in the region, with nearly 70 talented tax professionals working collaboratively across our offices in Chesterfield, Sheffield, Cleckheaton, Leeds, and York. Led by our Head of Tax, and supported by a further six specialist Tax Partners, we bring together deep technical expertise, sector knowledge, and a shared commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

This is a rare opportunity to take real ownership of the trusts offering within our tax team. You’ll step in as the central point of expertise, shaping how we approach trust work across the business and establishing yourself as the go‑to person for all things trusts. To start, you’ll focus on building strong foundations – reviewing current processes, strengthening compliance frameworks, and ensuring we are set up for long‑term success. From there, you’ll have the freedom and support to grow the trusts capability, developing new opportunities, expanding our client offering, and embedding best practice across the wider team. This role can be based from any of our offices.

We're seeking a Trusts specialist to work with a varied client base, manage a portfolio, build lasting client relationships, mentor junior colleagues, and collaborate with other service lines to deliver integrated solutions. You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to practice development and build your external brand through networking, thought leadership and industry events. Your expertise will be valued, and from day one you’ll have the freedom to challenge ideas, drive positive change, and take ownership.
