We are again looking to expand our innovative and busy South Oxfordshire practice by seeking a further Matrimonial Lawyer to join our team of private consultants. As an inclusive, award-winning Family Law firm, we cover all aspects of Family Law and have a growing caseload of work:
- Matrimonial finances ranging from modest to high net worth assets
- TOLATA applications
- Pre-nuptial agreements
- Cohabitation agreements
- Children Act proceedings ranging from negotiating parenting plans and regular child arrangements, to international relocation cases
- Domestic abuse cases
Qualifications required:
- Qualified Solicitor, CILEX (with rights to conduct litigation) or barrister
- Completed LPC or equivalent
- Completed a degree or equivalent qualification
