BH&O in Abingdon, South Oxfordshire, is expanding its award-winning Family Law practice by recruiting a Matrimonial Lawyer to join our busy private consultancy. The role covers all aspects of Family Law including matrimonial finances, TOLATA, prenuptial and cohabitation agreements, and Children Act proceedings, with opportunities for remote or flexible working alongside required office presence.

You will be a qualified Solicitor, CILEX with rights to conduct litigation, or barrister, with LPC.
